Common Questions
Every single product is designed, 3D printed and packed by Ray in his workshop in Perth, Western Australia. Nothing is outsourced or dropshipped.
In-stock items typically dispatch within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items require additional print time. All orders include full Australia Post tracking.
Yes! Most products come in a wide range of colours including black, white, silk rainbow, purple, red, green, blue and more. Select your preference when ordering on Etsy.
Most products use PLA or PLA+ — eco-friendly, plant-based filament. Some items use PETG for added durability. All materials are safe for everyday use.
Fill in the custom order form or email Ray at shire3dprints@gmail.com. He'll respond with a free quote within 48 hours. Once approved, he prints and ships your item. No obligation until you approve.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Ray will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Some of Ray's disability aids may be suitable for self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants. Contact Ray directly to discuss your specific needs and he'll advise accordingly.
Imperfect items are fully functional products with minor cosmetic blemishes. They're sold at a discount and are perfect for people who plan to paint or modify their prints anyway.
